VideoMask
Anonymise people in video: blur everyone by default, then reveal by deliberate exception.
VideoMask detects and tracks every person in a video and blurs or masks them by default. A reviewer then makes deliberate exceptions, clicking a person to leave them visible or painting over anything the detector cannot find.
Analysis runs once. Review needs no further inference, so scrubbing is instant, and each export writes an audit beside the anonymised file. It works fully offline.
Features
- Blur by default: Everyone is anonymised unless you choose otherwise.
- Stable identities: A revealed person stays the same person in the exported file.
- Manual masks: Boxes and brush strokes, each with its own start and end time.
- Export audit: A report of what a detector can still find in the output.
- Command line: The same engine is available headless for batch work.
System requirements
- Windows 10/11 (x64)
- Microsoft WebView2 runtime (included with Windows 11)
- Works offline: no network access required
