Room occupancy and stillness alarms for Luxriot EVO, using on-device computer vision.

Works with Luxriot EVO.

NMD is a Windows service that watches room cameras through a Luxriot EVO server, decides whether each room is occupied, and raises events back into EVO as a registered external service.

It also raises a stillness alarm when someone is present but has not moved for a configurable time, a welfare or man-down style alert. Detection runs on the CPU and all video comes from EVO, so it needs no direct camera access.

Features

• Occupied / empty events: Raised when a room changes between nobody and somebody.
• Stillness alarm: Alerts when a person is present but no motion has been seen for a set time.
• Multi-server sites: A Central instance coordinates recording servers, and a Failover Standby adopts cameras automatically if a server fails.
• Monitoring of the monitor: Operators are told when a room stops being analysed, instead of having to infer it from silence.
• Web-based configuration: Cameras, zones, tuning and monitoring are all handled in a browser.

• Windows 10/11 or Windows Server (x64)
• Luxriot EVO server with HTTP API access
• Modern CPU (no GPU required)
• No .NET install required (self-contained)
